When we launched Tree Glass, our idea was clear: to combine performance, customer service, and environmental responsibility. This is how our reforestation program was born. So where are the trees you are helping to finance actually planted?
We have chosen to partner with organizations that share our values: transparency, measurable impact, respect for local populations and biodiversity. Today, our trees are mainly planted in three priority areas:
- In West Africa, especially in Guinea and Senegal, where deforestation has dramatic consequences on ecosystems and agricultural communities.
- In Europe, in mountainous or rural areas affected by forest fires or agricultural abandonment.
- In South America, in programs to restore endangered tropical forests.
Each tree planted is monitored: we are not doing “greenwashing”. Thanks to geolocation platforms and regular reports, we can follow the evolution of plantations. We favor local species, adapted to the climate, and involve residents in planting and maintaining young plants.
These actions have a multiple impact: they recreate habitats for wildlife, improve soils, store carbon, and offer sustainable economic opportunities to local populations.
On our website, an interactive map allows you to see concretely where the trees that you have helped to plant grow. A tangible proof of your commitment.
